To Kill A Mocking Bird: Presumption(Depression)

I learned many interesting things about the Depression during the researching for my project.  And i know one thing for sure I would not have been happy to have grown up in this time.  There wasn't enough jobs for everyone and even if you had a job pay was too low to support a family.  Most children weren't able to wear clothes because their families couldn't afford it and most people went days without eating.  I would most defiantly not want to live in that time period and I'm glad I didn't.

I think that living in the Depression is going to make the family be poor.  I think that with the main character in the novel being a young girl she is going to see life differently than how the parents do.  I also think that someone in her family is going to be injured because of the tough times at work.  I think that the story is going to be about her life during the Depression and how she survives and understands the real problem of the world.
